Education DirectorMercia Entertainment seeks a Director of Education to create and build an education program for our thriving non-profit. Our main educational attraction are the Spontaneous Shakespeare Players who have 60-90 minute shows that can be (and have been) performed in schools. Please see SpontaneousShakespeare.org for more information. We need someone who can book the shows, interact with school administration and sell the shows as related to student curriculum. Past experience a must, but definitely willing to work with someone newer to the field with the passion and drive to create a spectacular educational program. In addition, we'd love to create classes in Shakespeare, monologues and scene study and public speaking for both children and adults.
